I was collecting notes and ideas for my upcoming travel plan this year, using OneNote, and found a 'complaint letter' which I've never sent because I don't have the guts to.
Was surprised that it became obvious and was actually answered a week ago.
His reply would probably look like this:
"I deeply apologize for the inconvenience but this service is shutting down in 2012, due to inadequate customer-client interaction. Attempt of refund or repair may not be available at the moment, or ever."
Yes, this is a rather sarcastic post and I don't effing care.
